Before returning anything by mail or carrier, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”). An RMA can only be obtained by contacting one of our customer care representatives by phone at 1-785-380-8721 . The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Returned packages must be sent to the Return Address indicated below.
We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”
Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product less the $5.95 S&H; charge and a 10% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items be sent properly insured and using some type of delivery confirmation.
After the shipping department receives your return, it generally takes 3-5 business days to process your refund. Once a return is processed, it usually takes 5-7 business days for this return to be posted to your account, depending on your financial institution.
